2. Service Description

Fairy bag provides a monitoring service for product availability on official Hermès websites and email notifications about restocks. We are not affiliated with Hermès International.

3. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. All payments are secure and encrypted. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Customers may request a refund within 3 days of the initial purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fairy bag does not guarantee the ability to purchase products. We provide an informational notification service. Actual product availability is determined by Hermès.
